Do I need an account to access Hero?

Yes. Download the free app for iOS and Android to create an account.

How do I report a listing?

On a Listing Details view, select “Report” and then choose a reason to report and hide a listing.

How do I block another user?

After reporting a listing, you can block a user.

How do I mute a message?

From your Inbox, swipe left on a message, then tap on the three dots and select “Mute group” or “Delete conversation.” Tap the bolt icon from a message and select “Mute [@username].”

How do I remove a listing?

In your Stash, tap on an item and select “Remove Listing.”

How to cancel your trial

On iOS

Apple handles all transactions on the App Store. To cancel your subscription, go to Apple Settings > Subscriptions > Hero Stuff > then tap Cancel.

On Android

Google handles all transactions and trials for Android. To cancel a subscription in the Google Play App, open the Google Play Store app and follow these instructions:

  1. Tap your Profile Icon at the top right.

  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

  4. Tap Cancel subscription.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

How to request a refund

Apple and Google handle all transactions and trials. You can cancel your subscription and request a refund through your Apple or Google account.

How do I delete my account?

From the User Settings, select “Delete your account.”
